I participated in the NextGenPop program at Duke University and realized that I don’t want public health to be my primary field of study. However, I would like to incorporate it into my career in some way.
Graduated in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with minors in Biology and Medical Humanities (4.00 gpa; cum laude).
I defended my honors thesis and received distinction from the honors college.
Diversity and Inclusion Award awarded by the National Latinx Psychological Association (NLPA).
The Yale School of Medicine Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion selected me to participate in the Yale Program to Advance Training in Health and Science (PATHS).
I was admitted into the PhD track. I am one of only 60 students selected for this exciting program among hundreds of applications received across the United States.

Received a summer fellowship from the Center for Neuroscience at the University of Pittsburgh as a research trainee in translational neuroscience in the department of psychiatry.
